Whether it is a lack of threadfin shad, zebra muscles, lake elevation, climate, or all of the above, one thing is for sure, the fishing has never been this good this late in the summer. Don�t get me wrong, summer fishing can be great and we normally catch lots of big fish but this year is definitely and exception because we�re still catching fish like it is spring except they are all over 20�. . . .

May has certainly lived up to its reputation as being one of the best months to come fishing on Texoma. Right now the fishing is as good as it gets and it is not showing any signs of slowing down. I�ve been fishing every day and many times twice a day for several weeks now with limits caught on every trip with the exception of one where we had to come in 4 . . .

In years past, May has been one of the best months to fish for Lake Texoma stripers and this year is no exception. Its really hard to describe just how good the fishing is.
